    　　报告内容：In this talk, Dr. Thomas Denk will summarize currently available evidence for early and late Cenozoic radiations of modern groups of Fagaceae (oak family). Specifically, Thomas will use the records of dispersed pollen and other reproductive structures, and molecular data to discuss controversial ideas about northern versus southern hemispheric dispersal of Fagaceae to East Asia.

           简介：Laskar教授主要的研究兴趣是行星系统的动力学，三十年来，他为古气候界提供了长期的地球日照量变化曲线，即著名的Laskar(2004)和Laskar(2010)天文解决方案，奠定了天文旋回地层学的理论基础。本次讲座将详细讲解出现在地层记录中的各个轨道参数的特征。

    中生代大洋缺氧事件及其陆相记录系列讲座（6月18-20日）
    　　主讲人：Hugh Jenkyns，英国牛津大学地球科学系地层学教授，“大洋缺氧事件”学说的提出者之一。Jenkyns教授一直从事中生代大洋缺氧事件研究，近年来更是将同位素地层学应用到中生代陆相沉积研究当中，成为揭示深时全球变化研究的有力工具。
